Unity HCM is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, light assembly and shipping of goods. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assembly line experience (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Computer Savvy
Receive incoming packs and verify contents against purchase orders
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare packages
Organize inventory and maintain cleanliness
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience in a light industrial warehouse or distribution center preferred
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 20 lbs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Perfect attendance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
